We are the first specialized school in Culinary Arts in the Norwest of Mexico.
We started our activities in the year 2003, in Tijuana, Baja California, a strategic point very close to the US border and the city of Ensenada, the largest viticultural zone in which nearly 90% of the Mexican wines is produced.
To educate in Culinary Arts in order to provoke changes.
